Hard sales tactics and false information

They asked me to come demo a mashine to sell in my salon. I agreed for the demo. Sales consultant arived with boss, Pierre. Explained the benefits, did the demo and then suddenly asked me so how do I want to pay - credit card or finance the machine of R13000. Oh and his boss will add a small pipe and free oils for free. They apply for finance and let you know by sms if approved. Had to pay R500 deposit via credit card there and then. Out of a sudden they wanted to deliver the machine without letting me know of finance approval. I then asked what the final amount will be - R19000. I then said Im not going to pay R19000 for a machine of R13000 and that nobody informed me of finance approval. When I asked for my deposit, Pierre said it was for admin costs. They thunderstorm you into a sale and then refuse to refund your deposit... Stay far away. Don't even allow a demo!!!
