JPS TRUST bully students

I have rented with JPS TRUST in Stellenbosch the last year, and will never ever in my life work with them again. We have been cheated and bullied around every corner. From day one, we were not given the respect due, and JPS has not kept their side of contractual matters. We moved into the flat in a horrible condition. We took pictures, and showed it to them, and they just keep finding and answer and way around it.

The last straw, is the fact that I moved out 2 weeks ago, and have still not received my deposit back. Every second day we get an email stating something else is now wrong that we need to pay for. This we then query, and after providing proof of the falsity of these claims, they are forgotten. Then two days later, a new issue arises. Yesterday we were told that we have bought any electricity from June, and that we have to pay a levy fee for 5 months. How is that possible? Who rents a flat and then lives by candle light for 5 months? This after the meter has a tag that is untouched. Today, we are still waiting, and still sucking up all their nonsense. This is not right. I have never seen such unethical behavior in any company. They aren't even ashamed...
