I've been privileged to purchase 2 x insolvent properties from Sellmore Homes.
One is always concerned regarding the process and risk but on purchasing my first property, the agent basically held my hand through the entire process to the point where he spent half a day at the municipality helping me get the electricity turned on. The entire process was explained to me in detail and every question of mine was answered with patience and transparency. Having had such a pleasant experience, I went on to purchase my second property with Sellmore Homes, if I thought the experience received in the 1st purchase was awesome, the second experience was twice as awesome. I'm now looking to purchase a third, through Sellmore Homes. Keep up the good work, you guys are the only Agency i trust enough to do business with.
