Unprofessional and incompetent agency

We just recently moved apartments and that is when I have notice that this people have changed in managing their properties, they have become very unprofessional and incompetent. Since they took over from another agency to manage the property they were very good, they even send a guy called Charl to come and inspect the flat and he found it in a very good condition which he even confirms it, and when a guy called Maxwell came he said the flat has a lot of damages. In mid Jan they gave us a notice that we should evacuate the premises end Feb which was not even 3 months since we have stayed there a bit long, fortunately we managed the to get a new place and now we have moved & they are saying that we have to pay the Feb rent since we have moved out before the end of their notice period and also don't want to give us out security deposit back which when they took over they claimed that the previous agent did not notify or give them and now they are saying they cannot give us since we have not sent them the electricity termination, they are using every delaying tactics they can on us so they can keep or deposit, I cannot recommend anyone to work with them as they are.
