Unhappy tenant

I signed a contract with pam golding estate agencies from Jhb to Springbok, on arrival everything was ok, the next day the landlord approached me by telling me that she is unhappy about the fact that im sharing a flat with my boyfriend even though my brother is living with me, 1 day later my neighbour has an encounter with the landlord by swearing vulgar language, the next day after returning from work, the landlords son is doing drugs in the yard, TIK OF ALL DRUGS! the monday morning I get a call from the secretary (which was sincere) towards me, welcoming me and i, at the same time told her i am not happy that my personal life was disrespected as i was upfront about how many people was to stay at the flat, the Thursday i called in again and requested a cancellation of my contract as my needs are not being met and my personal safety is also at risk, she said to fax through my letter, today i received a letter stating that my cancellation is of a personal nature, the flat was also supposed to equiped with furniture and utensils, the papers i was to sign states 4 of everything, but i received only 2!
