Sales Agents who and does not care at all

Agent has caused my family to be concerned about our accomodation and belongings, we have sold our home via Hennie Scheepres and in the process of serving a 90 day cancellation period with the bank, our expiry date is on the 11/11/13.We requested that our current house be registered for the purchasers on the expiry day or the next day but instead that was not communicated by the agent to the purchasers which has led to the house being registered under the new purchasers meaning that we must vacate the house and also pay the bank a penalty for not serving the cancellation period until the date specified, I have sent Hennie Scheepres numerous sms`s and e-mails which he never responded too asking him if he has informed the purchasers of our cancellation period. I then got hold of the purchasers attorneys who assisted me with the purchasers details and only to find out that they too are frustrated/angry and dissapointed by Hennie Scheepers, he never infomred them and their attorneys of anything regarding the house they were buying instead he would tell us he will setup an appointment with the purchasers so we may discuss a way forward, we dont have accomodation and must pay penalty...
