I recently sold my town house though Seeff Glenanda (Lencar) - upon sealing the deal feedback from Seeff was great - but as time progressed the efficiency of their communication diminished. We had an agreement that keys may be collected at a certain date at a certain time from the caretaker - she started phoning early during the day, to ask for keys and was quite nasty with the caretaker making statements such as: " I can't drive at night to where I stay..." - Not my problem - it was very late at night and dark in the middle of winter when you visited my house with the purchasers - it wasn't a problem then. So eventually we moved out - the agent only collected the keys late morning the following day - would love to know what she told the purchasers!
I wasn't even supposed to still be in the complex at 19:00 that evening - but thought I'd wait for whoever to come and collect the keys and have a word with them - few things I had to explain e.g under floor heating. So I used the time to clean the unit. I also forgot my stainless steel dish rack in the unit. Have asked via Lencar several times for Sandy to collect it - no feedback - I've phoned Russel Theron: Still no feedback. Be care
