A dissapointed custome

Good Day,

I just moved in my house the beggining of Sept13 and since then I have been having endless problems with RBA, first it was the blockage in the bath tub, the curtain rails where not done properly, there are cracks around the electric circuit, then the plugs where not working, the toilet has a link, the meter pipe burst, and when they came to fix it I doubt they even did fix it the way that I see it they just closed it with big stone . the walls where so dirty the site manager even said he will bring someone because he noticed that but when the guy came he told me I must pay him imagine.

I am so dissapointed at the service that we are getting from RBA, the amazing part is that they make you sign a happy letter on the they off the hand over. Its like you dont know where to complain to anymore because everyweek its something.
