Bathroom Bath Scracking

I bought a bathroom set on the 16 Dec 2013 on the 20 Dec i installed the set after a week we moved back in the house than we i try to use the bath the side part of the bath started to crack than i went back to the store they said they will call the supplier after the next day they called me back to say the supplier is saying his bath never cracks before and the bath is not faulty without even coming to look at the bath so pls help me to resolve this issue
