Poor overall service

Ive been renting a property with them, Spitskop Ridge, but are having problems all the time. Firstly -the water supply-its a constant problem, their is either no water or a poor supply. If you ask what the problem is the ladies said over the phone: "if you are not happy find another place". Secondly their is a constant stream of gutter water flowing past my flat, they also do not put in an effort to clear this up. Thirdly, on thursday 17 october they cut of my powersupply stating that im in arrears of R2500. The notice attached to my door was for miss Phasa, im Bezuidenhout, Phasa were the previous renter! Ive been renting for the past two years paying my bill on the 26 of each month. If i query my water and lights account, they give me such a bad attitude. I truly feel that something must be done, if you ask to speak to the Ppa manager, he is never available and never returns a call.
