Never have i seen such an unproffesional agent

We are renting a house in Secunda, the geaser in the kitchen burst, i phoned the agent immediatly. She informed me that there is nothing she could do as it is past 5 and there are no plumbers available, meantime the water is flowing out of the sealing into the cuboards and though the lights (live wires). She told me to close the main water supply which i could not find. The matter escalated that i had to eventually phone the Principal After speaking to him he phoned her and she eventually came to assist. She arrived with her sister who was swearing at me telling me that im a grown man why does her sister that is a woman need to come out to a house to resolve this issue. She was putting up a seen infront of my wife, 4month old baby and my brothger. I pay R13500 rent a month and then that is what i have to deal with. When ever we phone her she is not availble and we only get response from her assistant. 2days a ago we had a very bad storm, the whole master bedroom was under water. Once again we could not get hold of her. I had to phone the principal for assistance. Who also had a bad attitude and slammed the phone down in my ear more than once..Where can we report these issues? At the EAAB?
