After living in this property for a year, we still have not received a monthly statement and have now been told that we must move out! They put the unit on the market and we knew that there was interest, but had no feedback. We were told on the 4th of October 2013 that we had to be out by the end of the month. After calling the Boksburg / Benoni franchise, to find out the details, the agent was EXTREMELY rude and even put the phone down during the call! We have paid our rent religously every month and looked after the premises and this is the treatment that we receive. It is really displeasing!
