No service to the Seller after payment

I Sold a house in Alberton, the property was occupied immediately after we handed over the keys. No inspection was done by the estate agent Stan Crossan after the properties keys were handed over. The result, the purchaser now suddenly had numerous complaints about broken geysers electrical wiring etc. I still went back and took care of all these things from my pocket. 4 Months later, the rates and taxes are still under my name. It was never transferred to the buyers name. My financial record is being affected and REMAX is doing nothing about it because they already received their money. Why am I not surprised! I always thought that we pay them these huge commisions to work for us but now it seems they just want to cover themselves. No worries, I have reported them to the EAAB and I wont be surprised if they get their FFC revoked. To save you the trouble I am advising you to go elsewhere!
