Efuse to repair rental property

I moved in to 34 mackerel str, meer en see, richardsbay in the second week of August 2013. Lena did an inspection and said that all repairs to the property will be done before I move in. However I have been at this property for 4 months now and the only thing they repaired is an electrical short at the frontgate and repaired a blocked drain after 3months only and the plumber had to come and redo his work as the drain was still blocked. Remax has got a list of a couple of pages containing information of all the things that need to be repaired and said it would be done after speaking to the owner however it is just a bunch of. Just to mention a couple off the problems, the ceiling in the one bathroom is rotten and ready to fall. The kitchen cupboard at the sink is rotten. We have only got one set of keys for on of the 4 entrances in to the house. The swimming pools kreepy is not working and there is a whole beach of sand inside on the bottom of the pool. The closets in the bedrooms door is falling off. Some of the windows can't close and some putty to secure the glass is not present and windows are about to fall.
