Vulintaba - Non payment of Marketing Material

We produced a 3 minute corporate video to market their Vulintaba Estate and although the video has been used to generate property sales, they still have not paid. The job was finished in April 2012. Have received numerous 'promises' of payment with nothing having been received.
After chatting to other suppliers this seems to be the way they conduct business!
This is just a warning to other suppliers dealing with Elan Marketing and Sales... Make sure you receive payment BEFORE you release the job.
