No accountability for monies managed

Wakefields is supposed to be managing our body corporate - The Colonnades - and our levies paid each month. Why as an owner do I have to continually request for feedback on what is happening. In terms of the Body Corporate and the Estate Agencies Affairs act you are bound to act within your fiduciary capacity and remain compliant with the law. This means producing financial reports and being accountable however numerous requests for this information (from myself and other owners) as well as explanations for spending, AGM minutes etc have gone unanswered from Gerald Tedder. From my auditing background I know people that are not on top of and doing their job, often act like this. This also brings into question whether you have valid fiduciary certificates. Do we have to report Gerald and Wakefields to the Estate Agency affairs board now to get some response and proof of accountability here?
