I'm a tenant at one of status marks buildings in fact protea court in belgravia jeppestown these people are ripping their tenants off big time from the CEO right down to the caretaker who's a so called paster he's never around always in a church meeting when you call him or the only time you'll see him is when he comes to collect his rent money from the flat he's letting out to who knows how many people then there's their billing system from meter readings to water usage I don't know how they calulate the services renderd or do they just guess your rent is R3400 right understandable then you get your services renerd with topples your rent how's that possible your serices will come up to say R3900 a month no detailed statement ask about it and they ignore you like nothing happened its more like pay it or get out. I hope that someday status mark will get their day.they are worse and eskom in charging for electricity and worse than rand water in charging for water and the best at over charging their tenants I would love to meet the owner of the building protea court and ask him does he know what status mark is raping their tenants repeatedly.
