I have been paying my bill in full my rent is R4686.00 and water and electricity in April it was R158 which it doesn't make sense, May 956.80, June 712, July R711.24, Now in August the light bill shows that we have been charged from March till July which they say we should pay R2904.22 only for water and lights. That means whatever that we were paying every month after three to four months were still going pay it again!!! I can't wait for my contract with them to be finished!!! I won't want o do anything with CITY PROPERTY.
