Harcourts Midrand very unprofessional

I sadly bought a property through Harcourts office in Midrand. The sales agent (Minki) and the principal of the Midrand office (Beulah), had been very unporfessional and unhelpfull in the transaction. Complaints and questions are not being attended to and excuses are made which gives me the distinct impression that Harcourts are deliberately thrive on being an obstacle in buyer getting any service or being informed of the investment progress they make in their property purchase. When your dissatasfaction is mentioned, you are sure to be shouted and and be called names. A very unporfessional and unpleasant experience all together.
