Rediculous Charges to my Deposit

We rented a property from then and once we moved out they applied all sort of charges to our Deposit. We were suppose to receive R7500 back, then they charged Carpet cleaning or R950 to us, this after I had the carpets washed Twice in the 10 months i rented from them. THe charge for that was never more than R700 each time. Also she too a "inspection fee" of R700. WHAT THE IS THIS??? I have never paid a inspection fee in all the 12 years that i have rented property!!! Also, we have not received the interest our R7500 acquired while "invested" with them!!! They are complete! Good luck to anyone renting from them in future!!!
