Unacceptable turnaround time for service

I have been dealing with Anita from Just Letting Sandton. I moved out of an apartment due to feeling unsafe as I was robbed twice in the space of 3 months. After the first break in, she promised to get permission from the Landlord in Australia to install a security gate to which I received no feedback and was later robbed again.

I gave notice on the 8th of July of termination of my lease due to feeling unsafe and returned the keys to the apartment on the 2nd of August. To date, Anita has not followed through on her promises and I continuously have to follow up with her / prompt her to provide information.

I am tired of the lack of service and feedback. I want my deposit refunded ASAP and the matter to be resolved!
