Is this how you treat your staff

A young girl I know was appointed in October to work at NWJ Cradelstone Mall. She signed her contract and underwent training. She started at Cradelstone last week. Yesterday she was told there is no longer a position at Cradelstone and she must start in Pretoria on the 1st December. This is unacceptable as she has no transport to get there each day. The reponse was if you dont like it leave. On top of that she was given phamplets to hand out at the robot. This is not the position she was hired for. She has to do this each day until she starts in Pretoria. Just because she is young and inexperienced does not mean she should be exploited. Does anyone care how this affects other peoples lives. Shame on you
