Rent collector refuses to pay rent ove

I bought homes through Verizon prop in Sinoville PTA. They collect the rent but they are not paying the funds over into my account. Every month they pay late with new excuses and in July 2013 I received no monies from them at all. Debit orders are going off my account but i do not receive the rent from them.
