Worst Agency! - NO ETHICS

The initial contract signed was void as it was based on a LIE. They were wrong and did not even simply apologize as it was all due to my expense which i was never compensated for. Their response was"well what can we do now"

This is the only agency that charges a NON-REFUNDABLE service that is EQUAL to the rent. in adition to this I had to pay a renewal fee of R750. trust me-no other company does this. I then had a deal with Gregory which he changed his mind the next day and denied it. i have recordings and SMS's of this. he was condescending and patronizing as he insulted me by guessing that i earn a salary that is half of what I earn. He then said he will make more money if I moved out and my happiness is not his concern as he is interested in money.

I gladly moved out as he said I should (brecching our agreement). I am glad to not deal with a man and a company that holds no ethics and values. Gregory has no integrity and will be exposed.
Today I still await my deposit (I am making all the calls as usual with no feedback). Accoring to the Rental Act, it should be no later than 21days- According to Infinitum its a month & a half.

Stay clear of this agency.
