Rent a roof has my money

Its been a month since i have moved out of the flat i was letting and rent a roof still have not given me a deposit back and refuse to make contact with me, this is!!! They did the same thing to my friend, who warned me about them her money but against the warnings i went with them and now they have mine just like that, i am highly upset about this
