Collect monthly levies but dont fix

Poor service. Never available to talk. When you do manage to get through they take your number but dont follow up on a complaint. I have called approximately 20 times in the past two months. I live in the Morningside area and the main pedestrian gate cannot lock. The amount of house breakings have increased dramatically as a result of this. Theses people are more on lunch that at work.
