What do I actually pay them for?

I have had to repair my gate several times due to damage caused by ADT staff climbing over the gate instead of unlocking the ADT masterlock padlock i had installed. I lodged a complaint with photo's of the damage in which it is eident what the cause of the damage is. My complaint was summarily dismissed as I was not able to provide evidence that it was their staff. In fact the person who called me to discuss my complaint asked for names and badge numbers - information i was unable to supply, as the responders accessed my property as a result of my alarm being activated at times which i was not at home. (hence unable to single out a culprit). The ADt representative also insisted that it must be a member of the general public climbing over my gate! Surely if That many people are able to access my property without ever being caught or run-off by ADT - what exactly am i paying them for? It boils down to each staff member blatantly denying culpability, supported by their management. ADT should keep up the bad service, and those staff memebers will soon find themselves amongst the unemployed masses!! Good Riddance ADT
