Family members get privileges

I was looking at a apartment in Centurion and Ria Viljoen from RVE Property Group was my sales agent. I told her I was intrastate in taking the apartment. She told me all the laws and principals of the company and I accept it. We filled in forms and she told me if the ICT scan is completed the property will be mine. She never came back to me, ignore my calls, and little did she know is that the people that rented the apartment at that time was friends of mine.
So one evening she brought in a young lady to come and look at the place, my friend ask her what about me, where she replied, "he doesn't qualified for the apartment".
She will tell them that but not have the decency to call me up and explain what is going on... Following week the new guys moved in, I still haven't hear a word from Ria or the company, and the best part is that the young lady that moved in was her daughter... So family in the RVE Property Group definitely have there advantages.
