Just Letting not seeing to custome

I have been renting an apartment through justletting from August 2011. I have never missed a payment and I have been very patient at
stages like when my drain was blocked and I had to make plan to bath at friends houses for A weeks till they
got someone to come fix the problem. And when the geyser broke, I had to wait another week for the
'owners consent' to fix it. 2 weeks ago I went to justlettings office to ask for a renew my contract that
expired in August 2012 (like its my job) and then I was
told that he can't find my contract, a day or two later a agent phones me and tells me
that he wants to come take photo's of the place because the place is in the market, I wasn't comfterbale with
this seeing that its an Invasion of privacy but the agent crudely let me know that its their right to do so..
I set a meeting with the agent seeing that I was interested in buying the place myself, he was Quick to set up
a contract on buying the place and emailed it to me, but I'm still waiting after a week for my rental contract?
I was notified friday the 18 that someone wants to view the flat today (21st) and the agent dropped me
last minute.
