Being an tenant of a property that was on the marked, the agent, CJ, went through my personal belongings. I phoned the director of Vered Estates to complain, he said that he will look into it. That evening I receive a message via a social network from CJ that calls me p*#s. If that is the way a director deals with a complaint, how will they deal with you as a client when something is wrong?
