COMMON ASSULT BY EMPLOYEE & BAD CUSTOMR SERVICE!!

So much TERRIBLE customer service @ AFHCO!!! But wil talk about 1. 08/7/13 My visitor came @ 7:30AM I gave her ID to1 of the guards who thn told me that visitors are only alowed after 9AM, I told her tht she's in a hury, and she said no. So we waited on the side of the security room. While waiting, about 3 visitors came & we saw tenants speaking 2 the sec guards & thy let thm in. I thn went to the guards & complained tht we were told to wait for 9AM but ur leting othr visitors go in, he said 2 me with atitude wht he decides to do is none of my busines, I said its unfair. We waited & @ 8:50AM one of the building managers (Name starts with T) came & told us 2 move were we r siting. We moved and stood at the entrance. Thn @ 9:03AM exactly I went 2 give them her ID to go in. & 1st guard walked out the room, n the second 1 folowed him, & T stood there looking @ me. Cleaners started cleaning the room slowly, @ 9:15 1 cleaner opened de door n I wanted 2 go in & complain2 T, and she shouted @ me & pushed me around til I fell on my knee, n T saw everything n said its my fault, I called the police etc. I am disgusted by customer service @ AFHCO, we r treated like they r doing us a favor.
