Estate documents were submitted at Middelburg Branch during May 2013 and sent to Department which handles estates. Since then we had no response. We NEVER get satisfaction with any of our estates. They never answer there phones, does not reply to e-mails. We need balance certificates and confirmation that the accounts are closed and proceeds paid into the estate bank account.
