They wont pay Deposit back

It is almost 6 weeks since i have moved and they have not returned my deposit to me. I have contacted them over six times and every time they say it will be paid. Danie says he will investigate and will call me back. they really don't care and always have excuses. Their service is disgusting.
I have been nice and every time they promise they will pay. I have had it now and will seek legal advice.
