RENTAL DEPOSIT AND OUT INSPECTION

I resided at their so called Lifestyle Estate in Midrand.( CLAYVILLE)... On the arrival we never had sewerage system and they fixed it after four days. Electricity kept going down on our side. Eventually we had to move due to employment changes. I told them two months before and their conditions for me to get the refund was getting someone to replace me. Only to find out that they had a list of people waiting but no houses. So my referrals didn't even get a chance to do payments. I called them and was told that refund will be processed after I receive the email. Wow I waited for the mail which came stating no refund as we told you and there are things to repair. Their quote to repair was on point with my deposit funny enough. This company if you don't pay them they will lock you outside... they locked my 1 year old son and the nanny inside the house. I short paid them on purpose as I was disputing my deposit on the lease agreement, and they got furious and locked them in as we were at work. I have never been so ripped off by a reputable company. It will be nice to get my refund from this people as they promised to refund because referral were not going to find a space.
