Complete lack of service

I sent my phone for repair in November last year.
I was told phone had physical damage, and was sent back to me. I said it was only wear and tear on the covers, and said I was going to fight the report. I was then told they would send the phone back to JHB. A day later I got a call from Marinus, who informed me that they would be repairing my phone.
My phone then came back to me in December, and when I turned it on, the problem seemed to be resolved, however, right away, I noticed they had sent my phone back to me with a new problem. So I took the phone back to hillcrest for it to be sent to JHB once again.
This time I get a call saying that it is not worth repairing, and I assumed I would be given a new phone, however, they say now say it will not be replaced or repaired.
I have tried calling Marinus, as well as emailing, have left messages since 2 Jan, and there has not been a single response.
The store itself has been of no assistance either.
The legal department, after trying to contact them for 3 days also told me just to send an email, which has also not been responded to. Messages I left for client services, as well as the legal department have not been returned.
Useless.
