Most unwilling and unorganised varsity

They don't help students with any queries
The HOD assigned to students especially DJ1 are always on leave and never let anyone know.
The people are miserable they don't want to help anyone
They never know where our exam venues are
The varsity is more concerned with attendance and students failing than actually helping any students
Past 3 years have been the same attitude
Marks are never allocated or assigned
Lecturers refuse to let in students if its a valid excuse
Don't get told if lecturers are absent
