I have been studying at unisa for years and can truly say that their service has steadily declined. They show no consideration for us as students. This year we were informed by unisa that they will no longer be providing printed material to honours students which means the cost of printing falls to us students so how can unisa then justify a 7.5% increase in fees? Secondly they have now changed test days from saturdays to tuesdays
which once again shows how unconsiderate they are towards their students. Most unisa students are part time students with full time jobs and annual leave is limited. We save this for our exams but now thanks to unisa we will be 4 days short because we will have to take annual leave as test days are not given off. I want an explanation from unisa. They owe it to us.
