Correct Qualification NOT given

I studied at Damelin in Durban with the intention of receiving a diploma in the graphics design 2 year course.
I later had to approach Damelin (Head at that time in 2010) for help with a bursary or discount on my last year as my parents had lost their jobs and Damelin agreed to help. To my disgust I had found out that all the students were being tricked out of their diploma's which they then fought against and I was told I have to rather not take part or Damelin wont help me, so now I'm stuck with a certificate where all my fellow students received diplomas. The students who got their diploma's were told not to discuss it with the students who got certificates and one of them being me. Both the heads of Damelin in Durban (in 2009-2010) at that time are now not there anymore but I need this to be fixed cause it isn't fair and I don't see how its fair that all fee's were paid excluding asking for a little help in projects I did my part. I feel to, betrayed, very angry and disgusted that such a big institute could away the future of students who are loyal to them. I need the diploma I applied for, I would never have applied at Damelin if it was a stupid certificate.
