Wasting my valuable time

My wife arranged with Liesl Maddock for us to view a property at Blue Valley Golf Estate, all details was confirmed with Liesl yesterday. Today I drove more than 70 km one way to view this property only to find out that somebody else has already started renting it. This agent was not even remotely aware that the property was taken as she escorted me to the house to view it only to find someone already moved in. This was extremely embarassing for the new tenant and myself. She is unprofessional and had the audacity to waste my time, money and petrol.

Some of us of have real careers and to take leave to view a house already occupied is just unacceptable. Your agents need to be on the ball with their business. This gives Pam Golding a bad name.

This is beyond pathetic service not what I have come to expect from Pam Golding and my family and I will be taking all our current and future home business needs to Sothebys.
