Chorus Letting are!!!

To whom it may concern,

Let this post be a fair warning to ANYONE considering taking a lease with CHORUS LETTING. I have had nothing but hassles and drama with them since they took over our lease contract from Monarc Developments - 8 months ago.

Upon our occupation of the apartment there were numerous problems which were promised to be attended to promptly. They were not. When we moved in there were cement splatters across the balcony wall, we could not access our pool pump due to the wood being unvarnished and having swelled, our oven door was almost falling off, storage cupboard had half a door, balcony doors didn't open properly or seal thus allowing wind to come in when they were sealed, holes had been sloppily filled with poly-filler (mismatched and not sanded down) and our biggest problem: the electricity tripping every time we switched on our bathroom lights which was necessary as the bathrooms had no windows.

These issues were addressed in bits and pieces. We were hopeful when chorus took over that these issues would finally be resolved but they weren't.
