Horrible experience I had from FSH Realty. In Woza Online FSH Realty claims to believe in Customer Service, Integrity, courteous, but its a lie. In Dec 2012 asked Cindy-Lee Bruce of Fsh to get me a tenant & will manage monthly rental. She did, mid Dec. Tenant paid R8250 dep. and a month's rent. I asked her to do minor repairs in the unit. Her handyman did them. He quoted R2500, but invoiced me R3500. I refused to pay until I checked work done. I found work done not worth R2500. Cindy was adamant that it worthed R3500 & I must pay. I told her that I'm not happy with her attitude. I ended her services, gave her a month notice, ended 1Mar. She was to refund R8250 dep and R2250 rent bal, by 1 Mar. She didn't do so until now 04/06/2013. 1st she said the money needed bank clearance & will be available end Mar. End Mar she said she'll pay mid Apr her child had a seizure & was in Olivedale hospital, she had to pay cash for treatment since they are' nt on medical aid. End Apr she was very rude. She said she didn't have money & threats won't help, she is not afraid of them. I must shut up & wait untill she has money to pay me, now she has more important things to worry about. NO REFUND YET
