I saw a house tht i liked so, i send thru an sms an agent called we went to view the houses they were building and we decided to feel the bond application, before that i expalin to her my ITC default problem that i had, she said its no problem she will refer me to a friend who helped ol her clients. i spoke to that guy by the name of Riaaz and deposited the money to their business account. on the 5 of June 2013 i check my ITC the default was not longer listed and then the following day it was there. Riazz sent mE AN EMAIL informing me that my name will be cleared assured me n wrote that ill be getting the house soon. on the 24 June i got an email frm 1 of theiir employeess told me they couldnt assist me because the company did send me a notification, i was shocked because i was given assurance n after evrithing was paid i couldnt get help. when i asked for my refund they told me they dont give refunds.
