DO NOT MOVE INTO A PROPERTY RUN BY CSI RENTALS!!

This is the most useless "rental agent" I have ever come across I stayed at the forsaken place for 3 yrs and have yet to report amazing service. From the attitude of the agents you speak to who seem half alive or depressed to be there. After over paying them rent last year in August 2012 only in April 2013 did they finally decide to update their details after a million requests and letters from them having the nerve to tell me I am in arrears and evicting - one of the zillion acts of foolishness on their part. Then I had a water issue with the bill spiking from R23.40 a month for 2 yrs to a sudden R400 but that was "normal" according to them and nothing to have an attack over. I moved out of the 1 bedroom shack at the end of last month and have been waiting for the feedback with regards to my deposit so naturally I have to phone them because its part of my job description as a tenant and hear that my entire deposit will not be refunded because they need to paint the one bedroom shack I resided in. I have never heard such nonsense in my entire life. Seeing as they clearly don't care or bother to respond I will ensure these people are brought to book this is RUBBISH THEY WILL LEARN!!
