Riverspray - beware

We bought a property from opportunity developers, first the project was delayed and handed over 2 months later than the promised date. It was completed in a hurry and the workmanship was very poor.

I was told and approved by them, i could buy my own finishings which they would reimburse, Its now two months after handover, and I have been told that they are are on step no 1 of a 5 step process, to decide if I may be reimbursed.

I want consumers to be wary of buying anything at riverspray lifestyle estate.

I have all the correspondence from them, willing to publish to prove the above.
