81 Milkwood Place Outstanding Deposit

My lease agreement with Just Letting ended on Friday 31 May 2013. I paid two deposits when i moved in. One was to be paid out at the end of the contract period and the second one, two weeks later once the final inspection has been done. After being rudely ordered to leave the premises and hand in the keys by midday on Friday by a lady called Delani there was no mention of when i would be receiving the first deposit. I had asked numerous times about when this payment will be made. I spoke to a lady called Stacey who claims that the payment needs to be released by Yvette. It is just ridiculous that I am being referred to this person then the next! There should be a standard process in place for this transaction to be completed on time! I am not satisfied with this service and am still trying to get a hold of Yvette in the hopes that she will not refer me to someone else.
