Beware of being conned by this group

I was a tenant is one of the many townhouses and homes the let out for 18 months. Upon moving in i was warned by other tenants that they would eventually me in one way or another - especially upon moving out and trying to retrieve my deposit.

Think twice before signing a contract with this company.
At present i am trying to retrieve my deposit and the one upon the next is offered.

Another warning is that their accounting is very dodge - municipal acocunts vary with 4 digits at times.
