Managing a flat very croockedly

In a flat rental situation: Janine Groenewald refused to inspect the house when i moved in. After receiving a City side gave me trashed house: everything about it was worn out. I requested they fix the problems but they insisted on just sending random people who did not assess the house properly; the walls were not painted and everything was broken. NOw they are billing me for something that was not done.

they give out the same attitude of being so rude to all tenants who decide to move out.

Doing business with City Side Realtors will destroy your life! They demand amounts that are not required from you. THey do not assess the flat condition prior to moving in and they told me that I was to account for the unpainted walls.
