Dont want to change a big bed

I went to House & Home at east rand retail park on the 26th Jan 2013 i went to buy a bed which was on special for R3999.00 and i was shown a different bed to the one that was on special and i didn't know how the bed that i was buying looked like and the sales man didn't explain to me all the terms and conditions of buying it and it was delivered on the 26th Jan 2013 in the afternoon i went on to complain about the bed that it was higher than the head board that i had and i was told by the manager that they cant exchange the bed or refund it and i heard them speaking in Afrikaans which i don't really understand when i asked what was the verdict and i asked them to speak in a language that i understand so that i can hear what they are saying then i was told by the manager that i must learn Afrikaans for me to understand i mean how can a manager of a big organization like house&home give such bad service to customers i was really expecting a lot from the manager not what he gave me it is really a disgrace and its ridiculous, as of the CPA i really demand that i get what i want or else i will be forced to take house&home to the consumer people. i am really disgusted by this.
