Payed but still puniched

We live in Kriel Mpumalanga 6 Pikkewyn street Erf 1889.My house was on auction on the 18/11/2013 I contacted Edeglo finance and they helped me by stopping it. Iwas under deptcouncelling before I asked Edeglo Finance for help. They are very helpful and stopped the auction by placing the necessary documents where it must go. We asked them to secustrate us we payed nearly R 600 000 .00 to the deptcounceller. It is a long story. The auction still proceed on the 18/11/2013 we didn't know about it the new owners Mr. Govender arrived and whant us out on the 19/11/2013.We refuse because nobody notified us the house is sold. The house was sold for R50 000.00 and the value is R900000.00 it was I would say. On the 14/01/2014 I contact Absa they told me the house is still on my name. On the 21/02/2014 the municipality cut my electricity they said they act on the behalf of the owners but we are the owners. They came the next day to close the water the new owners told them they moving to Secunda they must close it but I stopped them. All I aked is for my electricity to be put on again my grandson was born on the 20/01/2014 and live by us.we asked to put back on but they refuse. PLEASE HELP.THANKS
