"BAD SERVICE"

First day we move in, get to flat to find previous tenant has not yet moved out and when we phoned the agent involved at Maxprop Pinetown, we were told its not their problem!!! We were told to move previous tenants stuff out and leave it outside. The flat was not cleaned, we had to move into someone else's filth. The agent concerned has the most disgusting attitude. We also had problems with our electricity as we had to pay Maxprop for our consumption every month and they would pay the municipality, however they were paying incorrect amounts to the municipality resulting in our electricity supply continuously being cut. Once again would like to say that they have a DISGUSTING ATTITUDE.
